1.1 Virtual Items & Currency

• All in-app purchases involve Virtual Items for use solely within the Game.

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside the Game.

1.2 Non-Transferable

• Purchased Virtual Items are linked to the user’s account.

• Virtual Items cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with other users or accounts.

1.3 Final Sale

• All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies.

2. Payment Processing

2.1 Platform Billing

• All payments are processed exclusively via:

  • Google Play Billing (Android)

  • Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)

• MMG Trading does not store or manage payment credentials.

2.2 Billing Disputes

• Any issues such as duplicate charges, failed transactions, or unauthorized purchases should be directed to the respective platform’s support team.

3. Use of Purchased Items

3.1 Limited License

• Virtual Items are licensed for use only within the Game and according to the design and functionality intended by MMG Trading.

3.2 Expiration

• Certain items or passes may be time-limited. Users are responsible for utilizing items before the expiration date.

3.3 Account Suspension or Termination

• If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service, all unused Virtual Items or currency will be forfeited without refund.

4. Fraud Prevention & Unauthorized Transactions

4.1 Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

• MMG Trading is not liable for unauthorized purchases resulting from compromised accounts.

4.2 Fraudulent Activity

• Any fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, hacking, or exploit attempts, may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent termination of the user account

  • Revocation of Virtual Items or currency obtained through unauthorized means

  • Legal action, if applicable

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Eligibility

• All in-app purchases are final, except under circumstances such as:

  • Technical issues preventing delivery of Virtual Items

  • Unauthorized transactions reported in accordance with platform policies

5.2 Platform Policies

• Refunds are processed according to Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies.

• MMG Trading cannot override platform decisions regarding refunds.

6. Updates to Guidelines

6.1 Virtual Item Changes

• MMG Trading reserves the right to modify, remove, or adjust Virtual Items at any time to ensure balance, gameplay integrity, or system improvements.

6.2 Revision of Guidelines

• These Guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Game following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
