END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

MMG Trading ("Developer") hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the Software on iOS and Android devices. This license includes:

1.1 Unity Assets:

1. The Software integrates assets licensed from Unity Asset Store under the Unity Asset Store Standard License. These assets are used solely as part of the game environment and cannot be extracted, distributed, or sold separately.

1.2 ActorCore/Reallusion Assets:

1. Animations, emotes, and models obtained from ActorCore/Reallusion are incorporated into the game under the Reallusion Standard Content License.

2. These assets are included for in-game functionality and cannot be sold, transferred, or modified outside of the game.

1.3 Ready Player Me Assets:

1. Character models provided by Ready Player Me are used to enhance gameplay. These assets are subject to the Ready Player Me terms and cannot be resold, redistributed, or repurposed outside of the Software.

1.4 Meshy AI Assets:

1. Additional 3D models created using Meshy AI are integrated into the Software and remain the intellectual property of the Developer.

1.5 Developer-Created Assets:

1. Original assets, including motor models and specific characters, are created by the Developer and remain proprietary to MMG Trading.

2. These assets may be unlocked or used in the Software but cannot be distributed, modified, or claimed by the User.

2. Usage Restrictions

The User is not permitted to:

1. Distribute, sell, or lease the Software or any of its assets to third parties.

2. Extract, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any assets included in the Software.

3. Use the Software or its assets for any purpose that violates local or international laws.

 

3. Emotes and Bonus Features

3.1 Free Bonus Emotes:

1. Emotes integrated into the Software are provided as free bonuses when the User purchases Developer-created assets (e.g., motor models).

2. These emotes are non-transferable and cannot be extracted or used outside of the Software.

3.2 Unlockable Content:

1. Developer-created assets, such as motor models and custom characters, are available for purchase within the Software. These assets are bound by the terms of this Agreement.

 

4. Ownership and Copyright

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software, including but not limited to the source code, assets, images, text, and other content, are the exclusive property of MMG Trading or their respective licensors. The User acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights to the Software or its assets except for the limited license granted herein.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. MMG Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

This Agreement will automatically terminate if the User breaches any terms or conditions. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from their devices.

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

By installing or using the Software, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
